Abdul Aziz Al Fulaij and Ahmad Mashhour Engineering for Consultancy (F&M Consultant Engineers), was established in 1984, bringing together the professional experience of Engineer Abdul Aziz Yousef AL- Fulaij as a Civil Engineer and Engineer Ahmad Mashhour as an Architect.

Since it’s founding the firm has expanded, taking on a number of challenging and innovative projects both within Kuwait and outside the State to provide clients with a strong Professional Team suited to the requirements of each project with substantial experience in major design, construction supervision and tender documentation projects.

Thru their vast experience and full knowledge in handling project with concern for Design, License Approval, Tender Documents, Planning, Interior Design, Supervision and Construction, F&M accomplished numbers of projects in all types of structures here and even outside of Kuwait.

F&M Consultancy services cater for all types of structure such as Infrastructure Projects, Community Facilities, Co-operative Building, Public Building, Diwaniya, Showroom, Banks, Hospital and Health Care Structures, Military Buildings, Mosques and Residential Villas.


Since its founding, the firm has recognized that growth can only come through the skills and experience of its staff to this end, the firm has created a grouping of professional Architects, Engineers and Technicians supported by a drafting section with Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) systems running software developed house for Architectural, Structural and Building Services Analysis and Design performed by the firm in its role as one of the major consulting firms in Kuwait.
