| Description: |
The project was divided into (2) two phase’s of Design stages. Phase I consists of Upgrading the Infrastructure for Electricity, Roads, Storm Water lines, Telecommunication lines Street lighting and other civil works. Phase II covers the new proposed planning to all infrastructure works. The design was divided into two-zonal functions. Zone 1 is the Secured Zone that requires high security level,includes Central Jail for men and Central Jail for women, Deportation Jail and Rehabilitation Center for Addicted Convict and a small area for future expansion, Operation building and many other structures that serves as the support facilities for the project. Zone 2 is the Non-Secured Area which didn’t required much security and open to public facilities consists of Mosque, Reception Building, parking areas and other related building and support facilities for the Ministry of Interior. An area for future expansion was also considered in planning. |
