It was a 690 sq. mts. Plot area covering all for for a single floor structure. The area is also a part of Al-Shamiya Co-op. F&M works for the design and installation for electro-mechanical works of the new sets of storage and refrigeration system.

It was a 1500 sq.mts existing building (2Floors with basement) which is divided into two parts of work. First part was the development of the existing building for its main supermarket while the second part works for the extension building with Basement, Ground Floor, and First Floor with building for Food Courts on one floor.

It was a 4000 sq.mts. Plots that consists of (2) Basement, Ground floor and Mezzanine Floor. The project is an extension to the main supermarket for Al Surra Cooperative Society working for the furniture storage, close circuit t.v. and electro-mechanical system for the cold-storage.

Study the Existing building to make inspection and get report for the concrete case and submit report for Owner with the solution of the mark-up problem from the conducted inspection for Concrete.

A two-Phase project proposal that consists of (5000 sq.mts) Basement, (4,200 sq.mts) Ground Floor and (4,000 sq.mts.) Mezzanine Floor. Building facilities are well designed and provided with enough space and space programming for Marketing. Basement was occupied by storage and co-operative spaces such as stalls and support facilties up to the Ground Floor. As for the Mezzanine floor, space allocation for the administration offices and rentable spaces for shops and other commercial product store was design in a well studied design concept and application.

The project is about 250 sq.mts. building area on a 2,540 sq.mts. plot area. The firm makes the design for extension for facade.

Al-Zahra project was divided into three Zones. as for Zone 1 having the facilities of parking space and supermarket with block A and B which is constructed in three-parts. Zone 2 consists of post office, library, municipal office. Parking spaces and social building that was also constructed by two-parts. As for Zone 3, it consists of sub-station, police station and parking areas.

The project consists of Ground floor and Mezzanine floor in a 4,500 sq.mts. plot. Common facilities like Admistration offce, storage, lifts, commercial stalls, staircase, parking areas and utility areas, comfort rooms and other facilities.
