Description: The Restaurant consists of total build-up area of 2300 sq.mts.., designed with 2-floors and located at the sea-side of Gulf Area. Each floor has different types of food to cater appropriate with its interior which designed also with terraces.

Description:
The project was composed of three restaurants, such as (407 sq.mts.) French restaurants, (426 sq.mts.) Italian Restaurant and a (438 sq.mts) American Restaurants. Each structure consists of Basement, Ground Floor and Roof Deck. Design and facilities are typical for every structure such as office for the administration, storage, lift, kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, comfort rooms and other outdoor facilities like parking areas, public comfort rooms and landscape areas.

Description:

The project consists of Main structure with a plot area of 95,000 sq.mts. for the slaughter house, covered market for the livestock animals. Other support facilities are constructed such as Commercial mall and Café with parking areas, Service buildings and Separate parking for trucks and deliveries.Maintenance facilities like water tanks and reservoir are also provided to the design.
