The project is about 1,700 sq.mts. plot area and 1,400 sq.mts. was occupied for the project. It contains basement, Ground Floor, First Floor, Second Floor and (7) Typical Floors for 66 rooms. It was design with a complete and convenient facilities like its own restaurants, main kitchen and other basic common facilities such as hotel rooms, store, service lifts, stair cases, toilet

The project is about 880 sq.mts. and the structure was designed with Basement, Ground floor, First floor, Second Floor and Third floor. The project was connected with the main Mosque (Mosque of the State) by its basement. The Ground floor consists of main hall and offices. As for the First floor and Second floor contains lecture rooms and the (250 person’s capacity) theater was design at the Third floor of the structure. The structure has a modern Islamic design approach giving its sophisticated look that cope with its purpose.

It was a structure with 1000 sq.mts. building area and 3000 sq.mts parking facilities from a 4000 sq.mts total plot area. Basement covers its 1000 sq.mts floor area and same with Ground floor while the Mezzanine covers the 300 sq.mts floor area.

The project was constructed in 3,300 sq.mts plot area. Consisting of (1) Basement parking, (1) Basement floor, Ground Floor, Mezzanine and (3) Upper floors. Project Facilities like stalls and commercial shops, supprt and maintenance facilities, (2) Cinema and food court at the Upper floor.

From a 6,100 sq. mts. plot area, the structure was built with Basement, Ground Floor, Second Floor, Third Floor, Fourth Floor, Fifth Floor and Roof Floor. Making as the main office and headquarters for KUNA. Interior design was also supervised by the firm, approaching a unique and contemporary design that matches for the building purpose. New types of materials are being use and implied to meet the sophisticated look and giving a warm welcome ambience.

The structures were designed with 6-towers with different level and both consist of basement parkings, restaurants, arcade/recreational areas and restaurant. As for the upper floors like Ground and Mezzanine was designed for commercial stall, while the rest and succeeding floor which is varies in 5-10

It’s a 500 sq.mts. plot area and 150 sq.mts. of it covers as the Diwaniya while the rest of the area is for the landscape area. The Diwaniya consists of buffet area, comfort and wash rooms, storage, pantry and four-equally divided rooms. The landscape area consists of manmade lagoon, gazebo, linking bridge, greenery area and cascading fall to give more relaxing taking ambience. It was a modern type of structure coping the element of nature to the building character to meet the green building design approach.

The building is about 1000 sq.mts. Consists of Basement use as Multi-Purpose Hall, ground Floor use as the Main Diwaniya and daily Hall with ample space for entrance open with skylight. Mezzanine floors with 3 halls and 3 types of seating were designed.

The project is about 600 sq.mts. in plot area. Consists of Multi-Purpose Hall with Facilities (like toilets and kitchen).  Ground Floor used as the Main Hall (Reception) while the other area used for daily reception with complete facilities.
